JEZ Guyanese Cuisine's founder, Maleka, drew inspiration from her two sons, Jeremiah and Zane, and named it after them. Growing up in a family of chefs, she was born and raised in Guyana.

Maleka's passion for cooking and rich culinary heritage are incorporated into every dish. Her talents include being a talented cook and a dedicated nurse and educator. Her journey is unique in that it blends a passion for nourishing the body, mind, and soul, and she ensures that every meal is crafted with care and authenticity.

JEZ Guyanese Cuisine is committed to the belief that food can unite individuals and cultures. Maleka's culinary expertise, combined with her compassionate nature as a healthcare professional and teacher, creates a dining experience that is both warm and delicious.
